Merrymakers and revelers can kick off the new year in grand style when Uva Wine & Cocktail Bar hosts a gala Moët & Chandon New Year’s Eve Champagne Party on Tuesday, December 31 beginning at 9pm. The calendar-flip festivities include snacks and small plates like polpette fritti, roasted eggplant and garlic bruschetta, mushroom arancini and roasted beet tartare in endive as well as a menu of Moët & Chandon Champagne cocktails, a Moët & Chandon Champagne sabering competition in the sabre chamber, an ice luge and live entertainment courtesy of DJ Buddha Sax from 9pm to 2am.
